How to transfer Nest cameras to new home owner?

I am selling house with three hard-wired Nest cams (8 years old).  How do I transfer to new home owner?  I do not pay for NEST aware just use daily views and live.

@k4carbon   Thanks MplsCustomer.  One thing... the instructions tell the user to go into the Google Home app. But since these are older cameras I'm thinking k4carbon is using the older Nest App. But the procedure is the same.  Once you go in and REMOVE the camera from your account the camera will then be free to have a factory reset on it and then it can be added by the new owner with their WIFI.
