I just had (wired) Nest Cams installed couple days ago & noticed my wired doorbell does not record 24/7. My two other cameras do. Is this something I can turn on myself or do I need to schedule a technician visit?

Are all of your cameras and your doorbell in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware Plus subscription? If you go to each of your devices in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, which option is checked?

It’s not an option that is checked. It states:
Front Doorbell: 60-day event video history
Driveway: 60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history
Backyard: 60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history
How do I get the front doorbell to state the same thing as the driveway and backyard? I could find no option to do it. Thanks.

Which doorbell do you actually have? Your post says "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen 2)", but if you actually have the battery doorbell, you can only get event video history even if is wired to a doorbell transformer, because it ALWAYS runs off of battery power:
"If you’ve connected your Nest Doorbell (battery) to your existing doorbell wiring, the wires don’t directly power the doorbell. Instead, the battery is trickle charged by the power that comes through the wires, and the doorbell runs off the battery charge."

"24/7 video history isn't available for the Nest Doorbell (battery), even with optional wired installation."

Okay, I see Model as "battery" when I click on Device info under the doorbell settings. I specifically upgraded my account to have 24/7 recordings on ALL cameras. Why would they leave one camera off? Anyways, I placed a ticket in to have the camera and door lock hard wired (if possible). Thanks for clearing this up.

Since the battery doorbell always runs off of battery power (and only trickle charges if it is wired), it does not have enough power for 24/7 video recording.
(That's one of many reasons why we instead bought a 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell with an OhmKat power adapter for our unwired third entrance a couple of years ago.)

So, is it possible to switch/upgrade what I have to this 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell?

Google Nest no longer sells the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, which gets installed in the Google Nest app.
You can get the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell (wired), which gets installed in the Google Home app: https://store.google.com/us/config/nest_doorbell
(Google Nest keeps changing how they refer to their doorbells.)
This is what you get with each subscription for each camera and doorbell:

Okay, thank you. Appreciate the information.
