Hi,
we’ve moved this camera around a bit and seemingly lost the QR code at the bottom. Now we can’t connect. Any help?

Thanks, everyone for your helpful advice. The QR code was not under the plate and sadly we don't have the box. We spoke with Google support and they won't help us with a QR code even though we have the serial number. They instead gave us a replacement.

A recent post in this forum by a Google Nest Community Specialist said that if we have the serial number, we can contact Google Nest Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/?hl=en#topic=7029097) and they will provide the QR code. I don't know if that's true, but you could give it a try.
It's too bad Google Nest does not include a card in the packaging clearly labelled "Save me" that contains the QR code and the Serial Number.

I could be wrong here but I think the QR code is under that mounting plate. That whole black/silver base is removable. I think that plate comes with the camera but not preinstalled.

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. I can agree with @Rubes that the QR code should be behind the plate, or on the packaging. You can reach out to Support if you have the serial code, and they should be able to provide the QR code for you with other verification steps of course.
Best regards,
Brad
