I have a Nest IQ Outdoor Camera purchased 19th July 2020. The camera has recently stopped working?

My Nest IQ Outdoor camera stopped working with no power light showing and I tried the recommended solutions including reset and checking power supply and connections etc. All wiring and components used were as supplied originally. I took the camera back to the store where I purchased it, John Lewis, and they tested it and confirmed the camera was faulty. They directed me to contact Google Nest to get the camera replaced or repaired. It is within the 2 year warranty as purchased 19th July 2020. I have tried the Customer Contact number but that doesn't appear to work.
