I have two drop cams to replace, but the store is only offering me one replacement nest cam

HI, I'm trying to replace my two drop cams that are EOS, and the promotion says it'll cover up to 2 dropcams per household, but when i go into the store to redeem the offer that was emailed to me, i can only chose qty 1 nest cams.  Can someone please help me ensure my second drop cam (that i'm still actively using) is recognized so i can exchange both for supported wired nest cams?

Is this chat monitored? Has anyone received a second camera? We haven't!

I received the second camera, but it took many phone calls and emails, so be persistent.

That's great to hear! Can you please share then number you called/email address you sent your request to finally get them? I would really appreciate it!

I assume you just called the call me feature. Never mind. Calling again!
