I need a replacement part for the Nest doorbell mount

Hi, I cannot find where I can buy a replacement metallic backplate for the mounting of my doorbell. The old mount fell off the wall and scratched the camera lens, we bought a mount that connects to the door now, but it keeps saying its unmounted. I think I threw that piece away when the wall mount failed. Now I have a doorbell with a scratch on the lens and it wont work without the mount hardware. I would love to buy the parts, but I cant find where to get one..... any help would be great!

Unfortunately spare parts for the Nest devices are not readily available. You can try contacting support but almost every time people report back that support wasn’t able to send parts. Some users have resorted to purchasing used cameras for parts while others have been able to successfully return and repurchase their item.
