If i wire my nest battery doorbell can it still chime on my google devices

If I wire the new nest doorbell battery, can i still have it chime through my Google devices? And will the battery work when power goes out?

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I'm glad to hear that you're interested in the new battery doorbell, as it should be really cool. I'm happy to look into this for you. 

I was able to find the product in the Google Store, and it says "

The Nest Doorbell is battery powered, so it’s easy to install. Pair with Nest Mini to get an audible chime, or choose the wired installation to get your existing chime."

And since it's battery powered and not wired to the house, if the power goes out, it should still continue to work.
