It keeps saying the events are not recorded yet i have a subscription

I have a subscription when I go to look the events are saying something to the fact they were not recorded and letting me only see a min or so. Why is this when I'm paying to see this and store it.

  • Which Nest Aware subscription do you have?
  • Was your camera out for a long period of time? 
  • Or was your power, or internet down at all?
