My kitchen camera is showing a lapse of several days - but it is working now as I can see in?!

I have tried clicking on the calendar and pulling up missing days by date… but it just shows me safe and says: nothing available or no events- but no accurate as events have been on everyday - if I’m home or not.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that there is some footage missing. I would love to look into this for you! It looks like your camera may have been offline for some time, or it would have recorded. Unless all you have is Event Based footage and not full footage all the time.
  • Do you have a Nest Aware subscription?
  • If so, which Nest Aware sub do you have?
  • Have you had any power outages lately?
  • Any wifi or internet outages maybe?
