My nest hello does not recognize my WiFi network. Full signal on my phone beside the nest hello.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this for you further. 

• Was your Nest Hello connected to your wifi before? 
• Did you change routers, or ISP?
• Did you get a new phone by chance?
