If you are using the GOOGLE HOME APP the first thing to check is to make sure your NEST AWARE or NEST AWARE PLUS subscription is active. To do this go into the app and click on the SETTINGS (Gear) icon in the lower right corner. Scroll down and look for Subscriptions. You should then see a page with (3) options and the first one is NEST AWARE. Touch that and it should give you the details about your subscription. What does it say?
