In need of chime connector

I received it as a gift, i never got the chime connector. I really enjoy the product and features. But the buzzing noise is quite annoying. I’ve reached out before asking where can I buy or obtain this chime connector but there was no answer.

I was lead the to google store website and was told if it’s not there then, it cannot be replaced.
