Indoor cameras

  • I updated my Google Home app and then noticed that it showed blocks for viewing my indoor cameras. When I open the google app, it shows the windows for the cameras but they are trying to connect but don't. Once in awhile one block will connect and show a room but with the wrong label. Room name with a different camera room. What's going on?

The last google home app update is severely broken. I can't even view event footage as soon as an event loads the app crashes and disappears from the screen altogether. The home app is just all kinds of broken since the last update. Im not holding my breath on google fixing it last time it took 5 weeks to fix. So no cameras for 5 weeks for me it looks like for me. I have over $2000 au invested in cams and they are always unusable. Put simply the cameras and home app are not fit for purpose at all. I got conned by google advertising big time. Completely ripped off.

Well the app seemed ok but my geeni cameras work on my Geeni app. This is actually the first time I've seen it try to work on Googke Home.

The update is shonky. The update has broken the app in so many ways i wouldn't know where to start explaining in how many ways its shonky.

Wonder if they'll have a fix soon then. Have you heard anything about that?

Bryan the google support rep im in contact with about my case  is lying his butt off and asking stupid repeated questions and wont give a straight answer so i doubt anything will happen anytime soon.... I just regret buying the dodgy nest battery cameras in the first place. They've been nothing but a complete nightmare. That coupled with an inept google support team has made the camera purchase completely and utterly regrettable. In fact id go as far as to say google support are pathetic and not intelligent enough to be undertaking the jobs they're employed to do. None of them so far have any idea its pathetic.

Oh gee well they need to figure something out soon or they'll have a lot of dropped customers. Is Biden running the system??

  • Pretty funny. Bryan the inept google support rep has asked repeatedly for information he well knows is unobtainable to try cover his and googles own butt. Bryan is a complete pita and knows he is and enjoys being a pita. Google are massive lying aholes and they're well aware of how they treat their customers. I just wish id read how pathetically bad google products were before i fell for the google advertising con.
