My indoor nest camera works great. Is there any way cameras can go back more than a month for video?

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. It sounds like you could benefit from a Nest Aware subscription. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.
Please be aware that you cannot view history before the past three days if you do not currently have a Nest Aware subscription. It will start to record footage moving forward, but will not allow you to view previous history before you subscribed.
Best regards,
Brad

But I DO have a subscription. I need some footage from the first week in October. Is it true the recordings are only held for 30 days?

Hi folks,
@GaySmith thanks for getting back to us. You need to check what Nest Aware subscription you have. The Nest Aware (2nd Gen) has 30 days of event video history while the Nest Aware Plus has 60 days of event video history and up to 10 days of 24/7 video history. Hit this link for more information.
I appreciate the help, Brad.
Regards,
Emerson
