Did you find out if the location can be determined? I charged mine & remember putting it down in a safe place as I was in a hurry to leave. I have torn my house apart & questioning if I actually put it up or if it's still tucked away. This has been bothering me for weeks!

Have you found it because I have the same problem I got the activation code and Serena in the back and also the scanning square and I've been trying to scan that trying to activate it and I haven't been able to but I don't know how the day I looked it up and it gave me an address it was so weird I've been trying to get into that again and haven't been able to to Google but is there anything new that you have come across that can help me out because I that happened to me the same thing I charged it I missed I put it down and now I was gone I don't know if my misplaced it whatsoever but there's a way to track it down right
