Is there anyway to teach it not to miss large vehicles. It misses important things.

All i'm finding in help is the basics: Power, camera placement, etc. Camera is fine. It never fails to report big winds but misses large vehicles. How can it miss a garbage truck and garbage men 15 ft in front of it? Camera is high quality but the algorithm and event detection service are bad. just bad. Is there anyway to teach it not to miss cars and people?  It missed an even that would have helped the cops with illegal dumpers and that's why I purchased it.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this issue for you further, but I need some clarification to your issue.

• Are you requesting Not to have your cameras record large objects like cars/trucks? Or are you asking for it to record large objects like cars and trucks?
• Check out your settings under notifications and check all that you want it to record.
• By default, it is not meant to record and send you a notification on vehicles. It may happen on accident occasionally, but I do not believe that it is an option.
