Hello. So I have had the nest camera and doorbell set up in my home for close to two years. And since that time never encountered any major issues either viewing cameras and door bell on both mobile networks or mobile via wifi. A few days ago, my ability to view my cameras by mobile (cell) stopped. The cameras wont load. As soon as I switch to wifi I can view the cameras. What is even more odd is that if I am on mobile (cell) and I get a notification of movement or something, I can view that. But anytime on mobile (cell) that I open nest aware, I can no longer see anything on the cameras. very very strange.
Any ideas

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

@galeic it's us again. Aside from restarting your Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbell, you may also try restarting your mobile phone and your WiFi network. I would suggest you reinstall your Nest app or Google Home app. In case you have an update, you know where to find us.
