Issue with the recording

Hi everyone 

I just installed google nest 2 months ago.first month was fine.but the second it’s no recording appears at all.when some one knocks on the door it notifies me but with out recording any event just shows me a picture of that person no record.

It sounds like your 30 day trial subscription has run out.   You most likely need to pay the monthly fee for the NEST AWARE subscription.  It is well worth it in my opinion and the cost is $60/year.  Here is the link:
