Good Evening,
I've been havin numerous issues trying to re-add existing devices back onto my Home account, so I recently deleted the home and everything to start from scratch. Managed to add one camera, 2x Hubs and a speaker, but for some reason I cannot get the doorbell to work
In the app, I follow the instructions up to the point where the app tries to connect to the doorbell. It is fully charged, plugged in, and the light is white (can't get it to flash blue).
So far I have:
Used my new Samsung S24Ultra
Factory reset the doorbell
Reset bluetooth on the mobile / rebooted the mobile (didn't expect these to work as it added the other devices fine)
Rebooted the router
Anything else you can think of?

Hello, I'm an end user like you and you have pretty much done everything I would have done. Since this is a user forum you won't hear from anyone from Google here. So you may want to open an official support ticket with Google and see what they say. Here is the link to get you going....
