That sounds unusual that your camera shows in another language even though the Nest app is configured in English. But don't worry, let's see what's going on.
Does the Nest app itself appear in a different language entirely? If not, which specific part of the camera view is showing in another language? It would be great if you could send me a screenshot showing your camera feed in the Nest app.
In the meantime, you can check to make sure there aren't any other languages configured directly on your device, like your phone or tablet. You can also try uninstalling the Nest app to get a fresh start.
