Limit Motion Sensor Range on Floodlight

Is it possible to limit the motion sensor range on the floodlight? We would like to install this parallel to an alley. We want the floodlight to turn on if someone enters our property but not every time a car drives down the alley. Essentially this would look something like having the motion sensor only detect across a 90 degree area instead of a 180 degree area.

While you cannot change the "angle" of the sensor, you can change the sensitivity of the sensor, and not just the floodlight, but the camera as well. There are a variety of options for the floodlight. The floodlight has it's own sensor trigger as wells as daylight sensor. So, it will come on and off when triggered. You can adjust it's sensitivity as well, or completely turn it off and have the camera control it instead or both. The camera also has a sensor that you can adjust the sensitivity as well and it will trigger the Floodlight to come on or off as well.

So long story short, while you cannot control the "angle", the camera can control the floodlight, the floodlight can control itself, or both and you can control the sensitivity of both, independently or together.

Thank you for providing @jesif with this information! I always enjoy seeing Community Members helping each other. That information is correct. Unfortunately, you can't change the angle of the Floodlight as it would also mess with the sensing capabilities if it is installed incorrectly. Thank you for your assistance.

Best Regards,

Brad.
