Good evening. Just purchased a 2nd gen camera and installed ok. Just when you go on live it just keeps saying ‘live feed unavailable’ but I can see the videos in my history.
I’m on Sky WiFi and my other 3 cameras (1st Gen) are all working fine.
Help please……..

I’m having the same issue with battery door bell and outdoor/indoor battery camera both purchased today. Just live video issue, record working okay. Live view not working for nest hub, iOS phone and android tablet.

Got it working. So left plugged in and today I did a factory reset of the camera and then reinstalled it and I’ve now got ‘Live Stream’.
