Live feed google home vs nest app

Hi 

I'm having issues after doing a factory reset of my google doorbell (1 gen)
After removing it from the nest app and then re-adding it when opening the google home app on my phone, when i tap on the doorbell it tries to connect to show me the live feed. This works flawless on my google hub but my phone doesn't show me anything, after a while it just shows me the homescreen of the google home app again. I do however hear the sound.
With the nest app i can stream just fine.

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• Have you migrated your Nest account to a Google account?
• Are you using the same account in both the Nest app and Google Home app?
• Did you have this inconvenience before?

In the meantime, let's check a few things:

• Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal and try moving the doorbell closer to your router.
• Uninstall and Reinstall: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app.
• App Updates: Make sure you're using the latest version of the Google Home app.
• Verify Permissions: Go to your phone's settings and ensure the Google Home app has the necessary permissions.
• Try a Different Device: If possible, use a different device to see if the inconvenience persists.
