Live video is red scenery

My doorbell live video screen is showing everything in rec.  doorbell wired

Hi @Teelah2000 

If you are experiencing a tint to your Nest cam in the app, try rebooting your router. 

If that doesn't help give us some more details. Is this a new install? Has the camera shown properly before? What have you tried? Does this red tint happen on all viewing devices?

JillG is right, that might fix it.  But I would also try cutting the power to the doorbell for about 30 seconds and see if the problem goes away.

Thanks for reaching out! If it doesn't fix your camera video quality after restarting it. Give these steps a try:

 

  • If the Night Vision settings are on Auto, switch it to Manual. Then, manually toggle the setting on and off. Observe the feed to check if the pink or purple tint goes away when they toggle the Night Vision settings off.
