New professionally installed floodlight camera. Using Google Home. Keep getting error message: “Live video unavailable. The camera may be unreachable or saving battery. “. Please help. This is very frustrating with a $300 camera. Expected more from Google.

May I suggest you do your own internal investigations first if it’s having trouble reaching the camera it could be your power supply or your Wi-Fi signal check those first

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. As @S3bryan suggests, I would check into your power supply and make sure everything is installed correctly, and I can imagine your wifi signal strength is not quite strong and consistent enough to get to your camera.
