Replace my older nest hello (wired) with a new nest hello (wired) how do I add it to my nest aware?

Older hello (which was on the nest aware subscription) didn't seem to be working correctly. So I bought a new nest hello that was also wired and replaced it. How do I add it to my nest aware subscription?
