Longer Event History clips Failing to download

Hi,

Every time I try to download a video event history clip that's around four minutes or longer it says failed to download. I successfully downloaded a two minute clip. When I try to download a four minute 59 second clip, it fails to download. I have tried multiple devices. I have reset my devices. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the home app. None of these things have fixed the issue. Can anybody give me some help on how to download longer clips? Or can anybody let me know when a fix is plan to be released?

Do you get points for posting or something?  I do not think I have ever seen a Community Specialist post a helpful reply.  They either ignore, misinterpret, or bury the issue with cut-and-paste troubleshooting steps.

This is happening to me as well.  What's the point of a camera if you can't save the footage?

What's your ETA on when this will be fixed?  It's been flagged for months.

I would appreciate some honesty and admitting it's a bug that hasn't been fixed and stop giving people useless advice that you know won't work.  

It wastes their time and makes them feel like they're doing something wrong.
