I have a Nest Doorbell that sends notifications when it sees people. When my gardener comes over to do his work he tend to pass by the doorbell many times, which results in multiple notifications. For my non-google cameras (Blink, and Canary) I can issue a voice command to my Google Home devices to silence or disable the notifications (I also have a daily re-enable routine that runs on a schedule to turn things back on if I forget to do so). I have not been able to find a way to use voice commands with my Google Home devices to silence or disable the Nest doorbell notifications. I know I can manually do this in the app... with 5 or 6 clicks and swipes to silence, then another batch of manual steps to re-enable the notifications... but that is a pain.
Does anyone have an idea how I can use voice commands either natively on Google Home or maybe via IFTTT to mute/unmute the Nest doorbell notifications?
