Lost Hex Security Screw

Hello, I've lost my Hex Screw for the Nest Doorbell (2nd Gen, Wired).   There was a replacement screw in the package but it doesn't seem to fit, I've been unable to find a way to get a replacement via googling so I was hoping I could get some help here?
