Where can I get a replacement tool to remove my nest doorbell so I can charge the battery?

There is no option to purchase a new release tool however if you don't have the original tool, you can use a flathead screwdriver. Insert the screwdriver into the hole at the top of the doorbell, then pull the doorbell up and away from the wall.
