Lost the qr code for my indoor cam

I cannot seem to plug my nest indoor camera to the fact that I change the Wi-Fi and QR code is missing how can I get help and retrieving to adapt turns into a camera to my Wi-Fi

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. Without the Serial Number or the QR code, you won't be able to set up the Nest cam. Is it still connected to a google account?
