My Nest doorbell is not working

Hi I have had my Nest for a while.  Coming back from vacation my wifi was reset in the house once I did that I removed the Nest and reinstalled and now I can't connect to it. Help I have reinstalled router, turned off power from breaker, disconnected the wires from the Nest and nothing.  Me and my husband have access from our phones. Does he maybe have to disconnect from it.  I'm going crazy 🤪. Help please 🙏

Thanks for reaching out. Let's see what's going on — what's the status light of your Nest Doorbell? Did you reset your doorbell after removing it from your Nest app? Are you getting any error messages? Also, how far is the camera from the router?
