HI! I really like Google Nest products, and I have bought whole sets for my new home. However, I notice my Nest doorbell (wired) is showing wield peeling on the surface. First, I thought it's a packaging film, and try to peel it off, but once I touch it, it's solid like a thin glass touch. I purchased it in late 2019, and installed in mid 2020, so it's less than 2 years use and showing this bad cosmetic issues. It's really not a good impression for my home and for the Google products, which my friends always ask me if I will suggest them to use the google home system for their new homes. Please help me solve this issue. Very appreciated any help. Thanks!

I filled the form 3 days ago, but still receive no response. Here is my photo of current condition. It's really annoying to see a nice working product with such bad quality finishing.
