My nest hello doorbell cam is no longer allowing me to view video

have you recently migrated it to the home app? How strong is your WiFI?

Hi. Nothing has changed as far as WiFi and home app. We used to be able to view clips. The cam works fine and I can see live videos, I just can’t see a past clip. It’s just a still shot. No play back.
