My new nest battery powered camera always idle when l unplug it. It works only to watch it live.

Hi, l need help with my new battery powered nest camera which always idle when is unplugged. It will only show live pic when l want to watch it live on Home, otherwise is not doing anything. I did try to reinstall it, but no change. It is all working perfectly when it is plugged, still on and sending messages when something happens.

Are you serious, Brad? You didn't even give an answer and are asking if the problem is still there? Funny I'm having the same problem, too. How about some options for troubleshooting first?
