My wired Doorbell goes offline every 2 days & it doesnt even chime when someone rings the doorbell

I've had my Nest Doorbell since 2018 & i have it wired with the existing chime, it worked perfectly and without issue until recently. Now every 2-3 days, it goes offline & doesn't come back online unless i do a factory restart & do the whole setup again.

During the offline period, the doorbell does even ring/chime when somebody presses the doorbell.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Our Nest Hellos are not as old as yours, but maybe your doorbell is beginning to fail. See this LONG related thread on Nest Hellos failing after 1 or 2 years due to a failing internal battery (yes, they have a battery):
