Neat Cam Indoor/Outdoor Battery Hub Issues

Hi - I just set up my Nest Cam battery indoor/outdoor model today. I am having one specific issue with the camera while using my hub and my hub max. When I click home control then cameras my new camera does not show as an option. I can ask Google to show me my new camera, and it will show up but does not give me the option to speak into the camera. I've tried resetting my hubs, I tried scouring the settings for both the camera and the hubs, but to no avail. My doorbell shows up in the camera section the way it should, just an issue with this new camera. Anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry for the late response here, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still having this issue and to see if you have done any troubleshooting so far. If you still need help, let me know and I'll be happy to work on this with you.

Hi Jeff - No worries.  I factory reset my nestcam and was able to see my camera in my nesthub.  It still does not show up with the microphone icon allowing me to talk through it, but that is not as big of an issue for me.

I am glad to hear that the Factory Reset did the trick for you initially. Though I am sorry to hear that you are still missing the Microphone icon. Have you checked your mobile device settings to see if the app has permission/access to your microphone? I would look through those options and see if that could be the case.
