Can somebody please please help. I've just had a new router it in and changed everything on my Google home app. Home hub, speakers, the lot. However my Nest 2 doorbell will not connect no matter what I do. I've deleted from my google home. I've factory reset it. Plugged it in as you do from new and it still won't connect. To say I'm getting pee'd off is an understatement. Has anybody got any ideas to get it connected please?
Thanks

Hello, If you search on this forum you will see MANY people reporting the same difficulty. Because changing WIFI on Nest cameras is such a headache the best recommendation is for you to name the new WIFI network with the EXACT same WIFI Name and Password as the old one. That way all your devices (including the Nest Cams) come right up.
If you are not able to do that here is the official instruction sheet on how to change routers.
If this works please return here and let us know.... Here are the 2 links that might help you....

Hi everyone,
@Jacobs503, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Doorbell? How far are they from your Wi-Fi router? Were you able to read the information and follow the steps on the link that EmptyNester has shared? Looking forward to your response.
I appreciate the help, EmptyNester.
Regards,
Emerson
