Nest 2nd Gen Doorbell with mechanical Bells and Chime Puck Wiring Help

I bought 2nd Gen Door Bell - Wired.  Connected it up where the existing door bell is located.  However, I could not figure out where to put the puck.  You can see in the diagram, Terminal A & B is the low voltage alternating current and the wires for the front are connected to the low voltage AC side of the door bell.  Where does that puck go?  I tried Terminal A and to Front and that was wrong because it hummed.  I tried Terminal B and to the Front, but I got nothing.  It seems to ring the door bell once, but should chime.

Hello, there seems to be a lot of videos on YouTube when I search on "Nest Doorbell Puck".  But this one talks about adding a resister to silence the hum.  I have no idea if it solves the problem

Other than the hum does everything else work?  Doorbell rings when the Nest button is pushed?  Nest video works ok before and after the button is pushed?
