Nest Aware Subscription

I have 2 first generation nest cameras. I have migrated to google which i now regret as this killed mu free subscription. I decided to purchase Nest Aware however I cannot pay for it. I go through the process using my Google account, confirm payment with my banking app, but each time Google says it can't fix the transaction and issues with my payment profile. I have checked and there is zero wrong with the profile and it is all verified.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the post below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

I don't know what "free subscription" you're referring to. We've been a Google Nest customer since 2019 and had 1st gen subscriptions at first, but have never gotten a free subscription except for the initial free 30-day Nest Aware trial subscription.

@JohnBoy64, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how do you subscribe to Nest Aware? Is it through the Google Home app or from the Google Store web page? Kindly share here the exact error message. Also, make sure that your credit card has funds to make the payment and you selected the right home structure.
