I am having issues with video history. I recently tried to migrate from the Nest App to Google Home and it failed. When I looked up on what to do the suggestion was to remove all devices from the Nest App and manually add them to the Google Home App. I have one 1st Gen outdoor camera and had just bought a new 2nd Gen camera battery powered. After doing some reading I found I needed to get the power cord if I wanted to get history greater than 3 hours. So I got the power cord and it started doing a little bit longer, I got charged for Nest Aware, I'm guessing because I had it on the older cameras. The older camera continues to store on the cloud, but I can get squat on the new camera. This past week I also got a notice that Nest Aware expired! So what the heck is the $130 charge for?!?!
So I manually removed the devices from the Nest App and added them to Google Home. My 1st Gen outdoor camera is continuing to record 24/7. My 2nd Gen Battery with power cord attached only records when it sees something, nothing else. I paid for Nest Aware and not getting the benefits on the new camera. So when I did some more research and it said to go to the Google Home app settings for the new 2nd Gen camera and select Video and then Video History, the only option for Video History is 3 hours. I too would like to go the the camera at any time and review events like I could do in the older Nest App. I can still do it on the 1st Gen but not the 2nd Gen. What gives? I got charged $130 for Nest Aware and I just received a notice it expired. Why?
How do I get my money's worth for Nest Aware? How do I get the new camera to start storing history in the cloud?

You should probably get some help in sorting out what's going on by trying the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

I don't know why you might have been charged $130 or why it would abruptly expire; here are the current Nest Aware prices:

If you only have a 3-hour choice in the Google Home app for your battery camera, then your battery camera may be in a different Google Nest "home/structure" than your Nest Aware subscription, or maybe you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, which only applies to specific 1st gen cameras and doorbells.
You can try accessing your Nest Aware subscription on the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions).
