I had to reset my camera because my home WIFI password changed and during the process the camera has zoomed in and I can't do anything to unzoom it. It looks like it's zoomed all the way out when I pinch and expand, but only shows a portion of what is showed in the past. I have turned off the close up camera view and familiar faces. I saw a post about enabling the enhance zoom feature, but don't see that as an option in the next app.
The "Enhance" feature is enabled and disabled by clicking on the little four corners icon in the lower left corner of the camera's video feed in the Google Nest app.
