Meine Hardware
1x Nest Cam outdoor mit Akku
1x Fernseher Sony Bravia K4 VH2 mit intrigierten Chromecast

So funktioniert die Kamera auf den Handy ( Iphone )

Wenn ich aber zum Fernseher sage "Hey Google, zeige Kamera , sagt er "okay zeige Kamera auf Sony Bravia.
aber es kommt nur ein grauer Bildschirm, in der Mitte ein Symbol von einer kleinen durchgestrichenen Kamera .

Das muss doch gehen ?? Hab ihr noch eine Idee was ich falsch macheß

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the distance between your Nest Camera, TV and Wi-Fi router? What is the cast firmware version of your Sony Bravia TV? Kindly update it if there's an available update. Also, try restarting your Nest Camera, TV and Wi-Fi router.

thank you for your Help . 

The distance between Router and TV is 30 cm  and  between Router and  Nest cam is

5m  . The firmware from the internal chromecast built in  is version 1.68.374976 and new update is not available .

restarting  from nest cam and router and tv brought no solution.

What is the exact model of your Sony Bravia? Here is a link for Chromecast firmware versions and release notes.

Ja ,in der Google home App kann ich das LIVE Bild der Kamera sehen.

Der Fernseher ist ein Bravia 4K VH2  Modell XR -A 90 J

Hey Reniar,

Thanks for getting back to us. We just want to make sure, did it work before or is this the first you connected it to your TV? Are they in the same home structure on the Google Home app? Are they connected to the same WI-Fi network? Try removing your Nest Camera from the Google Home app, reset it to the factory default and re-add it to the app. Let us know your update here.

Nein ,es hat noch nie funktioniert , ich habe mir diese Kamera und den Fernseher gekauft  ,weil es  Google Produkte

sind und ich dachte sie harmonieren zusammen.  Fernseher und Kamera sind im meinen Netzwerk sichtbar,

Ein zurücksetzen brachte auch keine Lösung . für weitere Ideen wäre ich dankbar.

I appreciate your update. Have you been able to reach out to Sony regarding this issue to see if they are aware of any outages? Chromecast built-in is open-source software, so they are free to modify it as they see fit, and that could create any bugs or issues that only Sony would be aware of. Try reaching out to them and ask for assistance or steps that you can do to your end.
