I have a new router and a (1 year old) nest cam (indoor, without QR code, with number). I can't connect the nest cam to the new WIFI. I can't factory reset because the nest cam isn't visible anymore in my google home app. How can I solve this problem??

A few questions: what model of Nest indoor camera do you have? What is the color of the status light? Do you get an error message when you connect the device to Wi-Fi?
Here’s a handy guide on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
If you don’t have a QR code, you can manually type in the key or serial number.
