Nest Cam and new router problems

I have a new router and a (1 year old) nest cam (indoor, without QR code, with number). I can't connect the nest cam to the new WIFI. I can't factory reset because the nest cam isn't visible anymore in my google home app. How can I solve this problem??

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Nest camera. Let’s check it out.

 

A few questions: what model of Nest indoor camera do you have? What is the color of the status light? Do you get an error message when you connect the device to Wi-Fi?

 

Here’s a handy guide on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.

 

If you don’t have a QR code, you can manually type in the key or serial number.

 

  1. Tap Continue without scanning at the bottom of the QR code scanning screen. Then, type in your product’s entry key or serial number.
  2. You can tap Find the code or Show me how, and the app will show you where the serial number is located on your product.
