I have only had this camera since February 2023! I unplugged the camera to take with us on vacation. It would not power up at our destination and when I got home the camera will not stay powered up now. It worked fine before I unplugged it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? The return date just passed. I have another nest camera outside and have never had this issue.

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. Let’s see what’s going on here — a few questions: do you have extra power cable to use for your camera? Have you tried it with another power outlet? Also, do you have a computer (Windows or Mac) to plug it into?
