I am very disappointed that you do not have any on/off scheduling option for the battery Nest camera. Without this feature my cameras last half as long as they could and give me endless notifications at times I don't care what is observed. What's worse is, running full time, they seem to last 1/4 the time of my 5 year old Arlo battery cams which I replaced (which have always allowed scheduling). I bought three cameras and it didn't occur to me that this simple aspect of service could be missing. How can it take this long to remedy? Going straight to Costco to write a review. PLEASE fix this.

Sadly, the new Google Nest Camera (Battery) works ONLY with the Google Home app and NOT with the Google Nest app or the home.nest.com website, and therefore is missing important functionality such as scheduling. We bought a battery camera in September 2021 because Google Nest quit selling its outdoor cameras the week before. Fortunately, we also bought the optional power cable and have it plugged in all the time, so we don't have battery charging issues, but we miss the Nest app functionality.
