Every time I have a power outage my three cameras turn off. I have tried to get support from Google on three different occasions and just go around in circles.
I can't reach the cameras because they are installed inside my roof. I have to pay someone to come out to go up to my second storey roof to remove the house times to unplug them.
There is power to them (though the light is not on) - they have been fixed literally by disconnecting the USB connection at the camera and they always instantly come straight back on. There are loads of forums about the problem.
I am not at the stage where I either rip them out and get another brand, or find a solution, for example will a new model have the same problem?
No Google, they do not require a factory reset - I have been through all of your troubleshooting - the fault is he camera. I should not have to crawl through roof cavities to unplug the back of them - it is ridiculous. What are you going to do to fix this?
