Nest Cameras in second home dropped on the account?

To add back it appears to requiring me to reinstall each one back individually. Home is 90 miles away. Where can get the technical data i possibly could enter manually?

Hi JS,

Unfortunately, there is no way to do that. The troubleshooting steps do require you to physically be with the camera(s).

  • If you get a message that has a numeric code such as C-221 or C-327, go to the Nest camera troubleshooter.
  • If there's no message with a numeric code but you can’t connect it to the app or Wi-Fi, try the steps in this help centre article to help get your camera connected to the app.
