We’ve had our Nest door bell for 3 years now and it’s been working great. It went offline a couple days ago. The light around the doorbell button went out and the green LED at the top of the doorbell is blinking. I removed it from the Nest account and reinstalled it. I did a reset and then a full factory reset. It played the chimes and reset and I was able to reinstall it, but about 2 minutes after that it went back to how it was with the offline message, no blue light and a rapidly blinking green LED. Thoughts?

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

We tried to reset it before I posted the question. It turns out one of the wires in the chime came loose. We have fixed the issue. Thanks!
