Nest Doorbell Battery Backplate

I need a new metal backplate I have an issue with mine, and the doorbell won't work without one. Is there a way to order or obtain a new backplate?

Unlike its competitors, Google Nest does not sell any spare parts for its cameras and doorbells. If you are within the 1-year warranty, you might be able to get Google Nest to provide a replacement by contacting Google Nest Support, starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Thanks for your answer, I have tried that link but it does not let me select anything, try in another browser but same result.

I don't know why the link doesn't work. I'm just another customer. If you search for Google Nest Help and go to the resutling page and select "Contact us" at the bottom of any Google Nest Help page, you'll get Google Nest's method for contacting them. I don't know why it wouldn't work for you.
